以下是寫信問南非駐台北辦事處的回文..希望能幫忙上一些和我一樣的人

 

登記境外出生所需文件則如下:

1.                   表格BI24, BI-529, BI-288 (本處提供)

2.                   醫院核發英文出生證明

3.                   父母雙方護照

4.                   父母英文結婚證明(翻譯本需經法院公證)

5.                   三個月內英文戶籍滕本

BIRTH REGISTRATION

Birth registrations are processed and finalized at the Department of Home Affairs in Pretoria. When finalized, the Department of Home Affairs forwards an abridged birth certificate (with the baby's particulars only) to the applicant via the Embassy. Applicants may send the following required documentation by mail.

Requirements BI-24 notice of birth (persons under one year) or BI-24/1 (persons one year and older but under 15 years) or BI-24/15 Notice of birth (persons 15 years and older); whichever is applicable; (Forms are available at the Embassy only) BI-288 late registration of birth Affidavit (where applicable to accompany BI-24/1 or BI-24/15); BI-9 a full set of fingerprints to be taken by the Embassy (If 15 years and older); (Forms are available at the Embassy only) BI-529E determination of citizenship; The applicant’s full foreign birth certificate, issued by a hospital or a government in the country of birth. No affidavit or abridge birth certificate is acceptable; The parents’ passports and ID documents. If parents have no identity document, proof of birth in the RSA; The parents’ marriage certificate; if a child was born out of wedlock, both the parents must countersign the notice of birth in the presence of an officer of the Embassy; Proof if parents acquired foreign citizenship; and Reason why the birth was not reported within the prescribed 30 days (where applicable)

Processing time 3 to 6 months

 

BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Requirements BI-154 application for birth certificate; Proof of registration of a birth, i.e. copies of passport and ID document, or copy of birth certificate

Prescribed fee Fees are payable by cash or bank guaranteed cheques in Korean currency at the time of submission of the application. All fees are non-refundable. See Consular Fees.

Processing time 3 to 6 months
